I've always been drawn to possibility.
That's probably why my dog is named Maybe.
When she came home, every name led to another:
"Maybe this." "Maybe that."
Eventually, Maybe became the obvious choice.
The most meaningful opportunities are often hiding in plain sight, waiting for someone to connect them.
My work spans geography, community development, research, organizational leadership, communications, and design. I wasn’t trying to collect disciplines. I now know I keep returning to the same question:
What does it take for organizations and communities to thrive together?
I've spent my career exploring that question. Along the way, I've been trusted with complex work including statewide systems redesign, organizational transformation, research and evaluation, community mobilization, learning design, and cross-sector partnerships.
Those experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply: organizations don't exist apart from the communities around them. Their future is inseparable from the relationships they build, the trust they earn, and the value they create beyond themselves.
