That’s a perfectly good place to start. You don’t need to diagnose the problem before reaching out. That’s part of the work we can do together.

It depends on the work. I believe good work should be accessible, and I’m willing to meet people where they are on budget when I believe in the project. We’ll find a scope that is fair and sustainable for both of us.

Yes. I care about who benefits from the work, who has a voice in it, and what we’re ultimately helping create. Equity isn’t a separate service because it shapes how I approach the work.

No. Maybe is based in Saint Paul, but geography doesn’t have to determine who we work with. Some projects benefit from being deeply rooted in place; others work beautifully from anywhere.

Maybe. Consulting is one way I put my experience to work, not the only one. I’m always open to the right opportunity to do meaningful, strategic work from inside an organization, too.
